At a glance

PHP Institute adopted a Virtual PC Center thin client system including thin client notebook terminals to create a location-free office which enables employees to work with access to their office PC environment anytime, anywhere.

While many employees are required to work irregular schedules from many locations, work efficiency has significantly improved–the most current information in the company's database can be accessed directly from meetings at client offices and time away from the office is now used productively for processing emails and other tasks.

Virtual PC Center delivered productivity improvements in addition to the initial objective of enhanced data security. The Virtual PC Center has become an indispensable IT infrastructure for the PHP Institute.
